The Mill lies adjacent to and was part of the historic, listed Grade1, 14th Century Gurney Manor, refurbished and owned by Landmark Trust. We are located in over one acre of grounds, with its own stream and waterfall looking out over water meadows, and yet only a 5 minute walk away from the picturesque village of Cannington. The village of Cannington lies between the Quantock Hills and the sea, some 3 miles from Bridgwater.  To the West lies Exmoor and the North Devon coast, and to the East are the Somerset Levels,  Glastonbury and Wells.                                                           The village has five Pubs , four of which  have  restaurants, there is a Cafe, a Post Office , a Hairdressers and shops. The village has a  nine hole Golf Course ,Pitch and Putt and all weather Floodlit Driving Range. The village has a  walled Heritage Garden with unusual plants and tea room , and is an ideal starting place for walking the River Parrett Trail .
